Return Policy
While we hope you absolutely adore your new jewellery, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right.
Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

The item is unworn and in original condition

Returned with its jewellery box and protective packaging

The item is not an earring (due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings)
Please note:

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items returned in a condition deemed damaged, worn, or not in their original packaging may be refused and returned to the customer at the discretion of Myth and Moon Jewelry.

All approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 3 months
Store credit may be used toward any future purchase — to find something you’ll truly love.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing fault.
We gladly offer:

A replacement for the same item, or
-
A repair, where appropriate
We accept faulty returns within 30 days of purchase. If you experience an issue outside this window, please still reach out — we’ll assess each situation with care.

Items Not Eligible for Return
To uphold our hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Your Rights Under Australian Law
This policy complements your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as it should.
